Depending on the terms of your agreement with Democracy Works, you may have access to some of the information users enter into TurboVote.
Partners with access to the TurboVote API can download account data (see the TurboVote Data Dictionary) associated with their TurboVote site. (Partners can also access this data via the Admin Console.)
For Adult TurboVote accounts (created via TurboVote’s voter registration assistance, check your registration status, and election reminders experiences), TurboVote will return a URL to a CSV file containing details for every user who signed up in the last month with the column names described in the TurboVote Data Dictionary. For Youth TurboVote users (associated with TurboVote’s preregistration offering), a CSV file will be returned automatically.
You can filter results by when the accounts were created or updated, date range, and hostname (should you have access to account information for more than one TurboVote partner hostname).
We recommend querying the endpoint daily (ideally in the early morning Eastern Time), and no more often than hourly.
Technical stakeholders are encouraged to review TurboVote API Technical Documentation.
To learn more or to gain access to the TurboVote API, contact your TurboVote Partner Manager, drop us a line or grab a time to meet.
