Request Customizations

• Please enter your preferred customizations into this form — none are required, and you can make changes at any point during your TurboVote partnership. (Be sure to use the Partner Onboarding Form for initial customizations if you’re a new partner.)
• The first page of this form is the only one that has required fields. Navigate back and forth between sections of the form as needed.
• Many of the customizable elements on your site allow custom formatting, such as bolding and hyperlinks, while others allow plain text only. Each section on this form states what type of formatting is enabled for that element. If applicable, note your custom formatting request alongside the language you’re requesting. Adjusting the size or positioning of text relative to other elements is not enabled anywhere on your site.
• If you already have custom text on your site, you do not need to enter it into this form in order to retain it, but please note in corresponding language fields if you would like to update or remove existing text.

After submitting the form:

• The TurboVote team must approve all language customizations. Historically, we have rejected customizations that make for a bad user experience, typically because the customization lengthened the page too much or confused users about the technical aspects of registering and voting.
• Once approved, we will obtain Spanish translations of any of your customized language requests in order to update the Spanish version of your site.
• Our turnaround time to make customizations live on your site is 3-5 business days.
