Payment Methods: How to Settle Your Invoice

  • Updated

We aim to make our partnership as seamless as possible, which includes providing flexible options for handling your payments. Below is a guide to the current payment methods we accept, along with instructions on how to use each one.

Payment Methods

  1. ACH Transfer
    • ACH is often the most efficient way to handle business-to-business payments.
    • How it works: You will need to initiate this transfer directly through your own banking portal. The language around this may vary bank to bank, but should say something like “Make a Payment” or “Make a Transfer.”
    • Details: Please refer to the banking details (Account and Routing numbers) listed directly on your invoice to set us up as a vendor.
    • Fees: Democracy Works does not assess fees for ACH. Your bank may include a nominal fee.
  1. Bill.com
    • If your organization utilizes Bill.com for accounts payable, we are fully integrated into their network.
    • How it works: Simply locate us within the Bill.com directory or connect using the email address provided on your invoice. Democracy Works Payment Network ID: 0182660511725538
    • Fees: None
  1. Credit Card
    • We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
    • Note: For security purposes, we do not keep cards on file or use a static link.
    • How it works: If you prefer to pay via credit card, please contact your account representative. We will generate a unique, secure payment link specifically for that invoice and send it over to you.
    • Fees: When the secure payment link is provided, the invoice amount will include a ~3.49% credit card processing fee.
  1. Physical Check
    • Prefer the traditional route? We still accept "old-fashioned" paper checks.
    • Mailing Address: Please ensure the check is made out to the entity listed on your invoice and mailed to the address provided in the invoice footer.
