Promoting Guides and Sample Calls-to-Action

Identify the guide you wish to promote.

• To find live election guides for statewide elections: From your TurboVote homepage select Vote Early, Vote by Mail, or Vote in Person. Then select the state of interest. Any live election guides for statewide elections will be linked at the top of each state’s page. 

• To see all live election guides (including local elections): Visit our Election Dates & Deadlines calendars. The TurboVote Election Guide column in the External 2025 Election Dates, Deadlines, & Guides table shows the corresponding guides on turbovote.org. Be sure to plug in your unique hostname before sharing the link.

Incorporate the guide into your messaging. 

• Link directly to a guide in a social media post or call-to-action. 

• For example: New Jersey has primary elections coming up on June 6! Make a plan to vote: [yourURL].turbovote.org/elections/nj/2023-06-06

• Engage visitors to your website by featuring election guides and reminders:

• Link to specific election guides from your home page if they’re relevant to your audience.

• Create a page on your site dedicated to embedding the TurboVote Election Reminders sign-up form so your audience receives relevant guides via email or SMS and never misses an election.

Get Out the Vote
